>want this beauty as an occasional EDC but ammo prices and 8+1 capacity are slightly off-putting
I carry a 45c with an apex kit and trijocon hds in a bravo concealment holster all winter.
But now you might as well get a shield and just live with one less round.

Woah, hold on there! I'm still recovering from black Friday and Christmas. Let me enjoy my L1A1 for a few months before buying another gun. Jesus, OP, you're too excited. Get to know your new gun for a little bit before getting her a sister raifu.

Doesn't the MP Shield 45 carry 7+1 in a smaller, thinner package? Just get that.
rented one today it launched brass in my face every chance it got aside from that i still want it. also the grip modules are sold out everywhere this is a hard choice to make
A 20inch upper, and a trijicon MRO for my 16 inch AR. A pistol build after that.

This.
Almost bought a regular 92FS Inox today at Cabela's. I'll hold out for a vertec frame since I already have two.

.45 Shields are ~0.95 in. width, while the 45c is only a few fractions of an inch wider (1.18), which isn't that big of a difference to me while carrying with a good holster.
I figured it wouldn't be very noticeable at the hip, and the compatibility with SW's high capacity mags would make it a lot more fun ringing metal as well as having a nice backup mag on hand for Justin Case.
Please God atleast let it function as its suppose to
It could be my first gun

Why would you have any doubt in our Lord and Savior John Browning and his prophet Samuel Colt?
>>32519307
I also want one
Sig p938 engraved rosewood. My boss gave me a bonus just to buy it this year, and my parents pickup truck blew the two rear leafsprings... so now they get a fixed truck and I get poop..
>>32519307
I wouldn't hold my breath.

Nice little pocket gun. I hear it's picky about JHPs though.
>>32519689
Well, I just purchased a lower parts kit for my AR build.
So I guess the next part will be my upper.
>>32519594
I love mine, its amazing how small it is.
>>32519594
I've got the p238 in blackwood on my list.
Already have the G19 for most carry but I wanted a pocket gun for work. Heard the 938 was bigger in a few areas that made it harder to pocket. Also supposedly had a sharp kick to it the 238 didn't have.
What do you think? Should I stick to 9mm or branch out to 380?
>>32519897
I have the P938 and it actually does not have that much of a kick. I honestly think my shield bites a bit more.
>>32519897
380, it's small enough to keep on you 24/7
>>32519935
That's interesting. Did you notice the trigger pull get lighter after you ran a few boxes through it?
>>32519940
Think I'm still leaning this way. Plan on going to my LGS tomorrow to see if they can order it, thanks for the advice anon.
>>32519897
Doesn't hurt to have a few calibers tailored to your daily lifestyle.
>.22/.25/.32/.380 pocket rocket for summer and light clothing
>.9/.38/.40/.45 for typical EDC on the belt
>.45/.10/.357/.41/.44/.454 for the great outdoors
>>32519982
On the P938? Yeah, the trigger gets lighter and developes a cleaner/crisper break after wear in. Honestly, it's probably my favorite 9mm I own.
>>32519187
It's about time somebody made one that doesn't look like shit.
>>32519110
hard to have a wishlist when I alwasy buy whatver the fuck i want without delay
Pardini gt 9
It's not gonna be the next purchase but it's gonna happen.
>>32519989
What I plan on doing. Gonna get a LCP so I have somehing I can always carry, then step up
>>32519220
and I did finger fuck a CZ 75 B Ω 'cause it was there... but I didn't get the warm fuzzy so I passed on buying.
>finish my 5.56 ar build
>buy a 9mm for cc/pocket carry
>start a build for .458 socom or .50 beowulf
>or buy a cheap bolt action 30-06 or .308 if the second ar build doesn't pan out
