Would that even work?
>>32492765
assuming theres a trigger mechanism in there, why not?
>>32492765
But why
>>32492765
No.
>Trading the compactness and ergonomics of a P90 for a chinweld and a 4 inch barrel
Not to be needlessly dismissive, but this is a dumb idea
>>32492826
Oh trigger, no ammo
>>32492849
Also
>Where do I eject from
>Crazy trigger linkage
Op, this is the gayest thing I have ever seen
>>32492860
Shit reloads.
>>32492765
what is this supposed to do better?
>>32492890
It kills wallets and r&d budgets
>>32492765
is the mag on top supposed to work or is it a spare mag holder?
>>32492765
Yes kinda looks like the vector v gun from cod also it looks so igronomically bad
>>32492765
It has even worse trigger linkage than any bullpup. Unless it's electrical, which would then be possibly the worst ever solution.
Mag would probably work, and I think due to (possible) advent of LSAT caseless development we may see these types of mags in the future setups. It would have obvious benefits over a protruding box mag. Certainly rounds are exposed to more heat while being right on top of the barrel, but I don't think that would be a major issue.
But wait, there is more
>>32492937
Half the shit, twice as useless
>>32492765
>>32492937
So you have to reach out towards the muzzle just to change mags? This might be the most horrible thing I ever saw. Good shit
>>32492937
I'd buy it
>>32492985
You can actually design the mag latch in these so that when the last round is shot, the mag comes loose or even pops off. I'd recall seeing a patent of this kind of system. Didn't look like anything too complicated. If i remember correctly there was a static spring you tensioned while inserting the mag. That spring then ejected the mag when the edge of the mag follower tripped it.

I just google pic searched "hardware". Are these real?

>>32493225
Didn't see it there.
are these just sooper tactical remakes of those goofy prototype P90s?
>>32492765
>barrel begins after trigger
>bore axis below hand
Why tho
>>32492937
Is there a 90 degree angle in the trigger mechanism?
>>32493293
(always biting it due to love of /k/)
These are not bullpups. I think these have electric solenoid firing pins.
IRL at my workplace, one of my colleagues has a set specialty solenoid actuators that are about the size of a first joint of a index finger, jump about 6 feet high when triggered and still leave a dent on a laminated table surface.
The thing with those is the oustanding heat resistance of the coil wire coating. They get seriously hot. After a half a dozen of jumps, you can't really pick them up with bare fingers.
Then again, if the ammo in those is piezo primed, it just means designated ammo.

what
>>32493369
I love when retards are passionate about the shit they spew.
>>32493397
are you talking to the wrong person or something because I'm very confused
>>32493369
>>32493397
>>32493459
You all seem to be confused over a cute sci fi solenoid firing pin.
