Sleeveless telnyashkas are for summer - in cold weather soldiers wearing telnyashkas with sleeves.
And telnyashkas with light-blue stripes are for airborn troops only. Dark-blue are for navy, green are for border guards, orange are for emercom and maroon are for national guard.
