It's a Barrett M82A2. They decided to make it fired from over the shoulder like that so that it could be fired more easily from helicopters or at helicopters or something along those lines. It was a commercial flop and has been relegated to the "huh, that's neat" addendum chapter of gun history. It's still my favorite version of the rifle.

Blank rifle cartridges can really send grenades and other small bombshells flying.

I've also seen a picture of an AK with a large rifle-grenade (likely anti-tank), fitted with a short magazine, bipod and grenade sights.
Presumably it had it's piston or gasblock disabled.
