So in the interest of having a light hunting rifle i can use any where That isn't cost adverse but trying to take out the middle man(poor feg student who only has the 160 dollars it takes to take deer, hog, fish and wild hog food stuffs). Does this make a good rifle for HD and hunting and whateverthefuckery
$30.00 PSA AR-15 Upper parts kit
$11.00 gas tube DELTON
$150.00 A2 FSB
$75(Handguard triangle)
$105.00 Anderson HBAR
$50 Anderson Upper
$50 lower parts kit( DPMS)
$60 MOE Buttstock Kit
$50 Anderson lower
Its $581 for this mutant and i could just cheap out for an A2 forgery ($565) without
-adjustable stock
-adjustable gas block
I have Allen wrenches, a mallet, a wrench for the delta ring ( is it a hex wrench?) and steady enough fingers where a starter punch may not be needed. I imagine i need other stuff.
Never put together an AR but I'll give it a wack.
Also is it conceivable to put a carbine butt stock kit onto a rifle length system?

You need a charging handle and bcg too, unless that's in the upper parts kit
>>32462496
>chargin handle
>BCG
Ah, I have forgotten that minor detail.
Buy or build?
>>32462513
on your budget, complete ARs are so cheap right now that you'd end up with a better quality rifle if you just bought one.
I think I saw the Ruger AR-556 selling for $560 recently, I'd go for that. Good brand name so it should be good to go.

>no

Quality post friendo :^)
For that price you're better off just buying a complete PSA kit, especially considering you don't even have a BCG or CH.
>>32462605
Seconding this, especially since you will need an AR wrench and a vise to build.

20" kit always out of stock
>>32462481
>is it conceivable to put a carbine butt stock kit onto a rifle length system
yeah why not, its the same buffer tube, buttstocks arent exclusive to one length
As for the rest of this, if you really really want a 20" and theres an A2 forgery you have your eye on for 565, you might as well take it. You're unlikely to get a better price, and the PSA kits are literally never in stock
I think I paid $700 for a 20" Stag model 4, and I thought that was a screaming deal
>>32462963
>got a full stag
lucky
its anything under the usual price for a prebuilt 20" I can stand. I wish i could afford their left handers
Psa completed upper on sale, build lower
