Shoulder holsters are meme tier, go get any decent iwb holster. PA-63s are small enough they're stupid easy to conceal.

Also, get a higher power recoil spring and a lower power mainspring before you get stress fractures in the frame.

I carry a pocket .380 as my EDC, but on occasion I carry a government model .45 in a Triple K horizontal rig. It works okay, but occasionally I worry that the bulge it creates is noticeable.

I have a Falco vertical shoulder holster for my Pre B Cz. It's been pretty much my everyday carry since I've got it. I'll switch to an IWB every once in a while.

I have a galco vertical holster for my ruger 1911 so that I'm not muzzle sweeping everyone around me.

Also it helps conceal the pistol better than the horizontal version.

Also also a shoulder holster should be sitting way up under your armpits and not flopping around the OP's picture shows.

You should have to put you arms straight up almost and slide the holster down to your shoulders.

I use a De santis, nothing special, got it from cabelas or bass. It holds a full size and 2 mags. I use it when it is deep cold out because it's easier to get to when wearing coveralls or multiple layers.

I run the De Santis as well. I find it very comfortable over all, especially while driving. All I need is a cover shirt and it disappears.
