I want to be honest here and say I dislike shows that go heavy on the ads. I especially hate it when I feel like those ads are insincere or bias the topic.

I don't know about other YT dudes but our show is crazy expensive to produce even just on the cost of custom ammo and shipping crated, insured loaners.

I would LOVE a sponsor like Brownell where I could do a blip in the credits about taking care of your guns. Something skippable and out of the way but still a huge help in budgeting.

But building a whole review around an ad... I can't say "never" because what if the trade was that ad got the show something crazy rare and wonderful. But I sure as shit wouldn't do it for some more pocket money alone.

I feel like this happens more often with shows that have little or no direction and have become accustomed to grabbing random shit on the 11th hour. The sad truth is it works because the more popular brands in the title and description, the more views.

C&Rsenal is on a two week rotation because I currently am digesting 7 books on Colts and it takes time to compare and refine the data. But realistically? I could burn out all our guns in one gloriously shallow year, triple our views, and save myself a lot of late nights.
