i would just buy the $60 mags. its cool that your thinking alternative but at the end of the day, a reliable mag is worth it.

I have a mpx. Just catch the mags on sale they were 40 bucks the other day. Also lancer makes the best mags imo and with the steel feed lips there not going to go bad.
