so the only suggestion I can make is French milsurp or start googling on French military forums.

For me, if the face masks were more like the one worn by Rorschach from the film of Watchmen (obviously static print, not moving shades), these bastards would be virtually invisible. Ironically, the black headband on their comms stuff actually helps break up their white head silhouette, just leaving the eye-holes as unnaturally geometric

Actually did some more digging (I posted the pictures) and I found this archived Reddit thread that suggested it was Winter Variation Danish M84 camouflage or Danish M/84 “Pletsloring” camouflage pattern, which is based on German Flecktarn B

Apparently Tac-Gear also sell a “snow camo” version of the pattern commercially - see pic
