Believe it or not it actually depends on what region you're at. Eastern region has 11, Central 18 I think, Plains 14, Pacific 12.

As always, the answer is to make your own. You are not a military, they win wars based on logistics. You are a person, you live or die based on your actions. Yours will be more expensive per unit but will serve you better because they are EXACTLY what YOU need.

Which is still funny that the Army seriously thinks that food is apparently the only factor in motivation.
