What are some plentiful, cheap, simple, and easy to use SMGs and LMGs could /k/ reccomend me buy?

Something that's reliable like an AK-47 or Mosin.

Any suggestions?

I'm going to a remote island near East Asia, and I'm thinking of buying weapons from there.

Got a few guys coming with me, and we want some reliable SMG's and LMG's we can get off a ''certain'' market.

We already have rifles sorted.

Pick two, no gun on the planet has all of those bases covered.

Closet things I could recommend are an MP5, CZ scorpion, and almost all older WWII era tube guns.

A STEN or a PPS43 is probably what you want.
