Is there any /k/ approved literature?
Not exactly /K/ but "Escape from Camp 14" is a solid read and gets you in that "lets kill some fucking commies" vibe.

This >>32359408, "Storm of Steel" is fantastic and definitely /k/ literature. Also, "Company K" by William March is another great WW1 book. "1914," "All Quiet on the Western Front," Johnny Got His Gun," and "The Guns of August" are all great WW1 books as well. "Homage to Catalonia" by Orwell is another must read.

I've read Anthony Beevor's Stalingrad and am currently in the middle of the The Fall of Berlin. Both are fantastic, if you're looking for a larger picture of the eastern front in terms of the command structures of both countries, the front line conditions, and just learn about two of the largest battles ever fought then I can't recommend them more.

You could just read Chaucer if you wanna read Fairy Tales.

Ben Hale's "Flesh of War" series is damn good. It's a fantasy based story with elfs and all, but it's actually told from the perspective of a rock troll. It really gets into the whole warrior mentality, and the difference between a warrior and a savage. Very well told battles, both one on one, and massive skirmishes.
That being said I like pretty much anything Ben Hale writes. Some other authors are, Christopher Moore (real funny shit) and Dean Coonts (Highly recommend his Frankenstein series.)
For Whom the Bell Tolls. Not a full on all combat all the time aways book but something rather interesting and K related nonetheless.
It tells the story of a dynamiter tasked with blowing a bridge during the Spanish civil war.
Definitely a good read.
Gravity's Rainbow desu
>WWII, focus on V2 rockets
>Subplots involving a love story of adulterers, almost-tentacle-rape, man goes down toilet
>Extremely lewd
>Extremely disjointed
>Poetically explores human condition shot through with scenes of a man ejaculating himself out of his own cock and a superhero called rocketman traversing wartorn germany to acquire hashish
>pretty bleak examination of the effects of war on europe but mixed with things like limericks about engineers fucking rockets and talking skin cells
>Amicable and hilarious kamikaze bombers
>Pedophilia
>Paraoia
>The illuminati
>Nazi conspiracies
>Goofy american with pompadore who bangs all of the ladies
>African genocide

As far as biographies, Fire Force by Chris Cocks is pretty much a defining work on the RLI during the Bush War. I can also recommend Hitler's Elite, which is all of Osprey's books on the SS rolled into one. Plenty of plates of soldiers and weapons and a good intro to the war of the SS. If you want some operator tier comics, Black Powder Red Earth is unbeatable.

Literally just a fucking manual for what we would now consider peasant-officers and nobles to literally think outside the box. I mean digging under walls is good but flying over them is better, winning without fighting (physically). If one just graduated from high school and is not used to thinking about conflict, maybe, but for adults with access to Google and a car to make it to the library, no.
