lived in Florida in a bad neighborhood (kind of place they always filmed COPS in). Regular T-shirts (not baggy, not tight) and cargo shorts are your best friends for conceal carry. On work days wear a polo and khakis and untuck it outside the office for CC. I don't know any employer in FL outside of finance that requires you to wear a suit or even a button-down.
