It's design for stealth but carry's so little missiles, can't even mount missiles on the wings and can still be detected by radar dating back to WW2.

Doesn't have enough fuel.

Can't do the bomber job.

Can't do the ground support job

can't do close support job

Design isn't really practical for anything

Oh and isn't practical to be produced during a full scale war.
