Lots and lots of chemical/biological weapons. Maybe some T-90s (they got a few examples from Russia).
As for fixed wing aircraft what you see is what they have. It would be hard to train on SU-30s without broadcasting it to the world. However I do believe they have a lot more choppers (old ones like MI-2s) than they lead on to believe.

These are extremely useful in mountainous terrain to drop off hunter killer teams.

Why do people always forget one simple truth when analyzing NK military? They spend 364 days every year trying to save fuel drop by drop so they can have a big parade for the glorious leader of the people. They couldn't win a fight against chuck-e-cheese.

Drum mags themselves are unreliable in some cases. I've got no personal experience with helical magazines, but apparently the Calico helicals were pretty shit here, lots of stoppages and failures to feed and such. Also- imagine for a second the weight. A 4 kilo rifle per usual. But a fucking 4 kilo magazine all up on the front end. Pretty much 8-10 kilos out in front of you, all day, running around with it like a headless chicken. NYET.

All I've ever wanted in life was to shoot Norks. After spending most of my adult life training to shoot norks, guarding stuff against norks, filling out paperwork against norks, I realize that I will never get that chance. It makes me a very very sad gook.

It's incredible. Every time I think that I've seen and heard enough about North Korea and that it's no longer an interesting subject to me, I discover something that re-ignites my curiosity. The entire fuckin' country seems to revolve around the military.

What do average citizens actually do? If there's no private businesses, are their gyms for them to go to? Cafes for them to eat and drink at? What do they do for recreation? What do their libraries consist of? Their movie theaters? What exactly is the military protecting? They're so isolated that any insight we gain into the daily lives of the populace is already heavily cherry-picked and edited.
