I'll post three front/back pairs. The first seems to be of USSR times, other two are apparently Russian and ring of fakes. Any clue to what these are, anon?

I'm looking them up and have no previous experience with badges. But 1. might be Rocket forces cause of the globe and it might be a 3rd class award if the other awards are any indication.

found the first one anon.

Problem with Russians, they're so crooked, you can't believe a single word or a single thing that is supposed to be "Russian".
Let's start with the left one. It has the word "Soviet" ("coвeтcкий") in the middle and a general shape of soviet time medals, but on the top it has this stupid yellow and black ribbon that Russian propaganda started peddling again in 2005. Before that, it was only present on memorial badges related to the Soviet segment of WW2, now it's everywhere, in particular, it's worn by vatniks infesting the southeastern Ukraine. Also, whatever was related to WWII back in Soviet Union had to be the best quality, but this one looks like chuchería (Spanish play of words on cheap jewelry, literally: pussy bauble). So, most probably a fake.

(part two)
Before I forget - you can find gobs of these badges if you search for "cлaвa coвeтcким paкeтчикaм" - note that the colors are different, and they're offered for sale, and there's no information about any relation to actual rocket forces. So, merchandise for tourists.
Now, the middle one. Here you go: http://allfaler.ru/vedomstvennye-i-otraslevye-nagrady-sssr/vooruzhennye-sily-sssr/excellence-in-the-vvs - looks like the real deal, authentic crappy Soviet manufacturing.
And the right one is here: http://allfaler.ru/vedomstvennye-i-otraslevye-nagrady-sssr/pogranichnye-vojska-sssr/senior-border-guard-1 - also the real deal.
Enjoy, though wtf are you gonna do with them? They're dime a dozen on Internet, all of them.
