When the "steel" used for your hull is melted down pop cans and last gen iphones, things like that happen.

Also, they can do maths only when the formulas and steps have been precisely dictated to them via a script written by western engineers. I know this from experience. This sort of thing is the predictable outcome of their trying to calculate weight and balance without clear instruction.

The best way to avoid a failure like this would have been for them to hire a western engineer to calculate weight and balance after refit, write that into a script and give it to the ship's engineer.

The dock master could call the ship's engineer and say "Hello I am trying to undock a ship".
The ship's engineer could say "My name is Ron and I am happy to help you with that today", then read back the script.

If I worked at Mammoet I would be stocking up on metronidazole and ciprofloxacin right now, becaue no ways these people can right it on their own. In fact they should only be allowed to pilot it in a straight line, sea state 3 or less. If they want to turn they should give the helm to someone who knows what they are doing.

Next time you're at the hardware store, look at the Rustoleum primers.

Brown primer is common as dirt. Back when we could put lead in our paint, red lead primer was roughly that shade. The primer in the pic might actually be red lead, because India hasn't discovered eco-grooviness yet.
