SKS hates Tula?

Never used Tula, just Brown/Silver Bear. Guns in general seem to have certain rounds they prefer or hate. Not sure about the AK since it eats just about anything, but others have rounds they like better.

I've shot tula through at least 7 sks rifles (Russian, Chinese mil, Chinese export, yugo) and never had a problem. You using the stock box mag? Also, HP's will give finicky guns more problems.

Clean your gun. I have never had an issue with Tula. Ever. Run in aks and sks

Fail to load. The Tula rounds would get stuck under the firing chamber and I thought it was because Tulammo has that flat tip like pic related

Is it a M59/66? Mine won't cycle on Tula due to pressure issues.

I use the Barnaul cartridges, Brown/Silver/Gold Bear.

Maybe the gas shutoff is sort of out of alignment and the bolt isnt coming completly rearward

Thats odd. My romy eats it like its going out of style, never had any issue. I find that its got a somewhat stout recoil compared to other 124gr ammo that I use.

My Fuddy older friend had one that would not feed steel case but fed brass and sold it with winchester ammo... I wouldn't own a combloc gun that wouldon't cycle combloc shit

Most SKSes are born to eat steel case ammo. However, Tulammo is under powered compared to most western made brass ammo.
My Yugo 59/66 loves Tula but Tula in .223 will not cycle in my AR.
