Make sure both origin and destination allow your situation (gun show "loophole" exists). Remove slide, remove as many parts from gun as you can. Pack into the case and lock with non-TSA lock. Make sure case cannot be opened by a strong man without key (if it's a wather blue case, put two locks into both holes, if your case only has a lock hole on one side, it's no good). Check in with a teller, say that you have an unloaded firearm in your baggage and you need a tag.

I'm moving to another state, I'm packing a few bags and need to bring my pistols with me. There aren't any regulations preventing it, but I've never attempted it. I'm 19 and you have to be 21 to buy a pistol

I didn't get it through a gun show loophole. It was a gift from my grandpa.

Does the airline have any restriction on age for handguns? I don't get it.
>>32279845
That's the same thing. You did not buy it like a goy.

Walter possibly
Pretty sure OP is a faggot, considering the ifunny watermark

I might be retarted but would shipping be a good choice for op? It's can't be operational when you ship so disassemble and maybe ship one of the piece separate?
Well all I got to say is make sure you declare it. have it be completely locked up and in your checked bag.
Airlines wont give a shit about how old you are. The people at the counter dont get paid to check your birthdate. Plus its not their job to determine your age.
Look for a woman (preferrably younger) when you go to check your bag. Women are fucking retarded and know absolutely nothing about gun laws.
Other than that just dont for the love of god forget which bag its in...if you bring your gun thru in the wrong bag you are fucked....hard.
Better idea is mail it to yourself, is completely legal, check usps website.
