Don't buy anything with oddball calibers. You can get the 7.62x54R right now, but its very limited. If there were to be another Sandy Hoax you would not be able to find it anywhere. I would save up another $200 and buy a savage (must have accutriggger) in whatever cal. .308, .243 Ect.$400 You can also get the Mossberg Patriots for about $400 and I really like them, Cryptec camo for $450

Classic Arms now wants $259 for them; so does J&G Sales. Southern Ohio Gun wants $220. I think $190 isn't bad price anymore; you might be able to get $20-40 off by offering cash.
