It's designed to have a mechanical advantage over most striker fire hand guns becuase of t two extractors,. One at 12 o clock & one at 3 o clock. I've seen them run on pure dirt. I have a walther PPQ M2 as well both hand guns are the best at what they do buy both at some point in your life if they fit you.

I have one, put a thousand or two rounds through it. After about 300 I started getting FTFs.

Turns out the trigger bar was loose enough to wiggle and not disengage the firing pin block. Sent it back to Century and they fixed it.. Took about 6 weeks. Put another 400-500 rounds through it without issue. Its an alright gun, its okay for the price, the customer service is alright. I cant really trust it anymore. I like the fact that I have a $380 beater gun that I dont give a shit about, but I'd like to replace it with another full size 9mm service pistol with a good trigger.

I agree why I bought a walther I felt like I was buying a knockoff of the real thing at first with my canik. It's a good gun but it still copied alot of people to get a good result. ISO 9000 is nothing special just reduced the chances of getting a sub par gun which you got anyway.

AIM Surplus has the Canik Mags in stock. I bought the TP9 V2 from them and like it alot. Can't recall even one failure through at least 1000 rounds.
