I just bought pic related. Do I like it?

For $20 more you could have gotten a 500 or 870.
>>32224719
I don't know, do you?
>>32224719
I own this. You should have bought this.
>>32224719
Fantastic beginner shotgun, and even as you upgrade your collection, youll be glad to have that good old cheapie workhorse to throw in the vehicle.
Good choice.
Pic not terribly related, my recent aquisition. Recent family additions thread?

Love it, OP.

>>32224765
That's just awful.

I have a model 19 my dad gave me. awesome nightstand guns
>>32224806
Yep. That's a 66 no dash. Such a balanced little combat piece.
testing

I didn't know the red cross was armed with duck guns.

I was bored.
>>32224798
Congrats, $30 more dollarydoos and you'd have had it's older brother that's infinitely better in every way.
>>32224829
You're dangerous when bored
>>32224814
I'd rather have 6 shots of .357 than the 6(+1) shots of my wife's .380
>>32224846
>that's infinitely better in every way.
That's a bit of an exaggeration. A 500 does have better fit and finish than an 88 and arguably a better safety placement and more easily swappable forends, but the only big difference is that the 88 parts are made in Mexico. Otherwise it's functionally identical.
>>32224846
Maybe where you live. Around here, nowhere had a 500 for less than $300 and if I ordered one every bubba within 100 miles around here is a giant jew and wants at least $50 for FFL.
I saved at least $100 over the 500 on this even under ideal circumstances.
>>32224908
Pawnshops don't exist where you live? They go for $200 left and right after hunting season.
>>32224829
I actually like it anon, it adds some diversity to the family photo.
>>32224927
It's Commiefornia but rural so it's a bad combination of there's fuckall here and laws that make it not worth most places carrying guns, so, to answer your question, no.
I got mine new.
Congrats on not getting the Stevens 320. Why do people make two threads about the same damned question and why do they care about opinions after they bought it? You haven't even shot the fucker yet.
>>32224913
Have you ever used or owned an 88, or are you spouting memes you found over on r/guns?
>>32224946
>thatsthejoke.webm
>>32224885
Id still rather have 15 + 1 10mm hardcasts, but still, 6 .357s will do the trick. Couldnt decide between either, so got both.
>>32224829
You shouldn't be allowed to have gans
>>32224829
What are the far 3 on the right? All of your shottys are beautiful except that 88. But hey it's 180$ for a reason
>>32224719
Did you get yours from dicks sporting goods black friday? This is my first gun and I love it. Took it to the range and fired 300 shots through it.
>>32225297
Where'd you get that shellholder
>>32225454
I purchased it at the range gun shop I went to. It was $34 and they installed it.
>>32225490
Noice mang
>>32225490
And here's a before pic
Might as well post mine.
>>32226095
How much did you pay for your 500?
>>32226202
Over payed cause I should have gotten a 500. Its a 590a1. 450 bucks. An all metal trigger pack and ghost ring sights aren't that special.
>>32226411
> ghost ring sights
> on a shotgun
No thx. You don't AIM that shit, you POINT it.
> metal FCG
I've got a Mossman 5000 from the 70s I picked up for $80 used. I beat the everloving fuck out of it, and past owners were definitely not nice to it either.
And that polymer FCG just keeps on chugging along.
>>32227057
Yeah I hate the ghost ring sight. Bead sight is much faster.
>>32224765
You're already half-way there, so finish that paintjob like this. Tis the season.
>>32224719
you tell us dipshit
>guise. I just bought this shotgun. do I like it?
bet you are a nogunz too
>>32224732
shut the fuck up. Im sure it wasnt fucking used like a $200 mossberg 500, and the maverick and 500 are damn near the same gun, quit being autistic
Bedside scatter gat. 12ga 500, need to get an 18 inch barrel for it.
