Thoughts on the ruger GP 100

my dad has the one in OP with a shorter barrel, and my brothers got the 6 inch barrel w/ Hogue grips, the hogue grips are much much nicer on it. other than that, its a pretty good little wheel gun

500 bucks is a good price and its a good gun.

For that price buy it. Their good guns and depending on where you live it could be a great camping/woods pistol.

I almost got one but got a Redhawk in 44 magnum. I still want a gp100.

I paid soomething like $620 for mine. Decent gun. For whatever reason I can't hit shit with the LAXammo .357 reloads. Standard .357 I can hit a 2x3 steel plate at 200 yards.
