It's pretty common now for new warships to have such lightweight ie thin outer skins that they get dished in like that after encountering heavy seas a bit. Everyone likes to shitpost about it when it's a foreign navies ship pictured, ignoring that their own likely has at least a few ships looking exactly the same.
