Why? There is no need to have a gun without a mag in it. It's a terrible place for mag storage. You are literally sweeping your own hand to grab an extra mag. This is dumb.

Looks like it'll be awkward to grip, but it's an extremely efficient use of space. I can see it getting use by people who don't want to be seen carrying, don't have much space in their purse, or need to conceal a weapon further than just tucking it under a waistband. I wouldn't buy it, but if it was gifted to me or I found a great deal I'd use it.

People already complain about Glock's blocky grip, and gun selection usually comes down to ergonomics. A mag as grip would be awful, especially the step from the mag well to the mag digging into your fingers.

Also i doubt Utah would extend that low. They would reasonably take the southern edge of idaho and west Nevada.

I think it's not a good idea for carry, but a good one for a bury gun or something where space is limited.
I'd keep this in my car, which is actually probably where it's best used considering a lot of places won't let you store your gun in the car if a mag is inside it.
With the mag on the outside you're within the law and have a compact ready to go weapon should the need arise.

I could see it as cool magazine storage.
But, I wouldn't want to have to draw in a self defense scenario and not a a magazine already at home and ready to go.
Has promise for casual transportation, though. Like sticking it in your bag for hiking or something.
