Can you identify this rifle?
>>32199856
Sure. It's an "abomination".
>>32199856
Hard to say. Could be an early Mauser.
The Snabb conversion covers ebough of the action to make identification difficult.
French 1914 Mauser G98 conversion prototype. Parent was acquired by a French company Sagem, it was produced around 1938.
Also, what is reverse image search, Google translate, and 5 mins of my time.

It's Swedish.
Made by Rehnberg and Engström as a conversion kit prototype.
Although it retained very few original parts.
They made a bunch of different versions from like 5 different bolt action service rifles.

I'll give you that one.
According to your deity Lord Ian's wobsite it seems that the Sweedland engineer approached a French company, SAGEM, to make their prototypes. There are both French and Swedish patents pertaining to the conversion kit. I'll call that halvsies if you don't mind.

The Swedish army museum (which has a good digital archive available to the public) has like 5 of these prototypes.
If you want to look up photos of them there are photos of the different models.
