Sup /k/,
I normally shitpost on /g/ and /o/ but I came here to ask about knives.
What, in your opinion, is the Thinkpad of knives
>durable as fuck
>stylish design
>spillproof
Need a knife for general use. Can be fixed or folding.
Buck 110.
Best.
Anything that doesn't have a clip.
FUCK CLIP KNIVES
>>32195851
also this
We have an admittedly slow Knife General here, which would be a better place for this. >>32180671
That aside, if you're talking about a used Thinkpad kind of budget, I'd vote for the Kershaw Skyline. Something about its looks just reminds me of the Thinkpad.
Other options under $100 or so could be a Spyderco Delica or Endura, or maybe a Benchmade Griptilian or Mini-Grip.
>>32195861
I like clip knives, easy access.
>>32195870
Kershaw Cryo, or CRYO II are pretty nice, cheap as well
>>32195840
First, what is a thinkpad?
>>32197349
A cheap but shitty laptop that isn't good for anything except browsing 4chan.
>>32197351
Okay well I don't know anything about knives so I can't help you
>>32195840
>general use
Plastic handle Mora.
>>32197349
It's the Nugget of laptops. Easy to find for cheap and incredibly rugged and reliable, but a little outdated. Every self respecting /g/entleman owns several.

Hello /g/ bro. x220 here.
I agree with first post. Buck 110 is good. My dad gave me one of similar style when I was 8. Reliable and timeless.

Becker BKs wuth g10 scales
Kabars with the leather
the buck 110 or pathfinder.
fallkniven F1.
if you're using it hard the beckers and the kabar offer the best value for what you get.
I own ESEE, benchmade and CRKT stuff too, but beckers are the value
What about multitool-knives?
I've never seen a knife as sharp as the one on my victorinox. I'm not sure how they'd be innawoods where I can imagine sharpness isn't everything.
>>32197349
what a "lenovo" used to be.
and IBM laptop
>>32197413
the only good thing about moras is that they are cheap.
get back to /out/
>>32195840
>Thinkpad
My nigga
>>32197491
depends on what you're doing with it inna woods.
multi tools are insanely useful, I have them everywhere
but for most bushcraft tasks the blades on multitools are too small to do things effeciently.
also most multi tool blades are folding and dont have very good support.
for real innawoodsery you need full tang fixed blades
>>32195840
Moras. They have a utilitarian aesthetic imo.
>>32197555
It's not just about being cheap. Mora has excellent steel for the price.
A 1095 Carbon blade can be had for $10US or Sandvik 12C27 for $12US.
Show me another $10 knife that isnt chinese pot metal.
>>32197811
Moras are addictive.
>>32197462
Agreed. Its a good knife for a decent price. Look up some reviews
