Alright /k/, I need some .223/5.56 ammo and my budget is tight. I was looking at Tulammo because you can get 400rds for $100. But I know cheap ammo can be more trouble then its worth. And Ive heard horror stories about what Tulammo does to US guns.
So what say you guys? Tulammo or no? If no, any suggestions on a better brand thats relatively close in price?
Never given me a problem
Never had a problem feeding my sks or my ar15

I shoot Tula through my ak but not my AR.
Never had an issue with 7.62 in my AKs or SKS. However the 5.56 would start to jam my AR after a hundred rounds or so.

I've heard the 7.62 shoots fine. But the issues I've heard about are for 5.56 rounds

Always brass, more reliable extraction.
>but the steel is softer than the steel in the gun
Still doesn't expand like brass does.
Steel case is for poorfag Plebs
My sks and my .308 saiga eat tula all day. Mini 14 jams after 40 rounds or so. That being said the mini can get through wolf ammo no problem. Given the budget id try to get brass cased if possible but some brands of steel work fine if you're looking for cheap ammo in volume.

tula ammo goes bang most of the time. if it has issues its in cycling or ejection. wolf steel is usually 10-20 bucks more a case and performs better. if its for rang use tula is adequate.

I've shot probably 200-300 rounds of it and the only cycling problem came from some Monarch lacquer coated shit, Tulammno has never given me any issues.

I shot TulAmmo once. It fucking fused with the cylinder of my GP100. Never shot TulShit again.
