The PX4 Compact will be the gun of 2017. Mark my words.
Why don't you want the Glock 19 sized DA/SA?
>barets
>anything other than hunting shotguns
Shiggy
I like it, but I'd rather have an 8000, if only because I prefer metal frames.
Besides, for me at least, it's too big for summer carry (needs to be pocket carryable) , but not quite enough to displace my 92FS for winter carry.
Otherwise though, it's a very cool gun and I hope it sees some success. I always approve of DA/SA guns, and seeing something other than a boring tilting-barrel action on the market is quite nice.

>I always approve of DA/SA guns
Agreed. I dislike the trend of DA/SA slowly going away. How is the Cougar?
51k....
suuuureeee.
>>32173665
Do you know who Ernest Langdon is?
>>32173348
>thicker, heavier, and shorter barrel than a G19
>slide mounted safety
Yeah, no.
>>32173467
How big is the 8000 my dude? I've got baby hands, but want to replace my g19.
Been interested in it for like 4 months now if the fucker ever comes out. Still too bulky to cc with on my frame though.
>>32173764
>Still too bulky to cc with on my frame though.
This is my concern. I'm a skellington but I'm getting a JM Custom George holster and hoping for the best.
In the meanwhile, I ordered one of their quick ship G19 holsters and I'm gonna go to a gunshop and see if a 19 fits me
>>32173580
I don't actually have one, but I've been considering getting one for a while. I want to track down an old Beretta instead of the current-production Stoegers, though.
I borrowed one from a buddy for a range trip, and I have to say, that thing was the softest-recoiling 9mm I've ever shot. Since then I've been wanting to get one, if nothing else just as a really cool little range toy.
>>32173746
Felt a bit smaller than a 92's grips, but it's still a rather beefy double-stack gun. Personally, I like that, because you get more backstrap area with which to absorb recoil. (Which, coupled with the already low felt recoil, makes the thing really comfy to shoot.) I can see how it might be awkward for some people, though.
I don't like da sa conversion. Handgun manufacturers should work on pre-cocked DAO triggers that allows for second strike capabilities but has a single trigger characteristic if all rounds go off as expected. HK lem is good and if they refined it a bit more where the trigger travel and reset isn't so long it'd be perfect
>>32174116
I really want to further test out LEM. Shot a P30 V1 a while back and it was actually pretty neat. Just having second thoughts on committing to a paddle mag release.
>>32174260
I have mine and love it
It only took me about a week to get used to it and the LEM V1 is unmatched
Plus I personally love the stock sights and the ergos
>as big as a glock 19
>manages to have a shorter barrel
>pay out the nose for parts and magazines
>stupid fucking slide mounted safety
When will Beretta fags learn that their buyer's remorse won't be assuaged if they convince more idiots to buy guns that never sold well when they were fucking introduced
>decide I want a 9mm
>go look at local gunstore
>every 9mm has tactical accessory rail built into front of frame
>2017 even compacts have the accessory rail
i guess i can just find a used 9 somewhere
They're fun guns, very accurate and recoil is extremely manageable, but damn they're thicc. They seem to be a favorite for purse carry with women who have a reasonable amount of gun knowledge. I sold 4 on Black Friday and every buyer was a woman.
>>32173348
I have one - the CZ P07
>>32175102
>Tfw Academy had a clearance P-07 duty for $224.97 but I had just made a student loan payment
Take me now /k/ube I chose food instead and betrayed you
>>32173467
I have baby hands an i carry a 92fs. Youre just a manlet
>>32173348
>Glock sized anything
Id buy it if it were not fatter than your incubator.
Anyone got a save from the grock thread yesterday?
>>32173348
>stippling
Why do people ruin their guns like this?
I love my Storm, but let's be real. They aren't going to replace Glocks, even if they do give them a run for their money in terms of objective performance.
Glock fans are like AR fans. If it's not a Glock, it's a complete waste of money and there is nothing you can do to convince them otherwise.
>>32175204
I don't give a flying fuck about the P07 but I would have snatched that in a fucking heartbeat.
Do you have pics of this?
>>32173399
>hunting
maybe for shooting birds with your other country club buddies.
I only see them being used for shooting clays by rich fags.
>>32173348
that stippling is disgusting
>>32177524
Are you sure that isn't grip tape? I don't think I can see any dark spots.
>>32178221
It is grip tape. Babbies just can't stand the sight of a gun that is actually used to shoot.
I don't come here often, and I am happy that the day I come here is the day this post is here. I carry a fullsize Px4 from autumn to spring, and a pf9 from spring to autumn.
>>32174723
The new one is a decocker only
>>32178252
And the old one all you have to do is remove one spring and one ball bearing to convert it to a decocker only mode.
>>32178245
There's some PX4/Beretta threads here and there. I really want to get in on the PX4 family.
>>32178235
>the grip isn't even visible when being used
>there are people that complain about it anyways
Jej
>>32173348
Meh too fat for me.
>>32178298
I know this is a fucking stupid reason to not like a gun, but I can't handle it when a gun has safety notes fucking stamped/molded onto it.
>>32182508
It doesn't really bother me but why on earth.
It looks so fucking ugly on a Wilson Combat. Like why.
>>32173348
>The PX4 Compact will be the gun of 2017. Mark my words.
You PX4 fags are like Linux users.
>2017 will be the year of the linux desktop
>I really mean it this time, guys
