Who here is interested in wildcats? I am trying to find a few interesting pistol wildcat cartridges. So, that being said, if you could choose on wildcat that you think would make the ultimate full size combat pistol cartridge, what would you choose? I'm looking (hopefully) for something thatd work well for someone with smaller hands, but I'm interested in all suggestions.
Get a 38 super. Everyone likes them if you can afford it.
Necking a .50AE to 9mm would probably make it capable of piercing iiia armor.
Plus, its the practical limit of how big a single-stack magazine could comfortably fit in a hand.

Not relevant at all to the thread, but a cool concept none the less. Thanks for sharing, faggot.

This.
I bought a rock island in .38 super and have a blast shooting and reloading for it.
Plus having a 124gr bullet traveling at 1500 fps is kind of cool

Are you suggesting that the concept of a necked down .50 AE doesn't belong in a thread about wildcat cartridges? Because I'm fairly certain that .50 AE necked down to 9mm would very much be a wildcat.
I just finished chamber and reamer drawings for a wildcat I'm making. It's a .30 carbine necked down to 6.5mm, which I plan to use a 110gr bullet for

I feel like thatd be pretty uncomfortable to hold desu. I mean, have you ever tried using a desert eagle? They're awful to try and shoot.

That's why god invented a second hand.

if your a bitch sized male

I am :(
But seriously would that make a good pistol? I mean, it'd be unwieldy, even with both hands unless you are a big guy (4u).
To the op, why not do 9×25 Dillon? Just neck down 10mm to 9mm.
