Short Mauser with 10-20 round mags would be a handy rifle if you have a 10mm pistol (otherwise, a .44 Mag is better).

10mm would be too powerful for a basic blowback, which would be why there's no cheap semi-auto rifle for it.

The scout rifle. Oddly enough, both were conceptualized by Jeff Cooper. Seriously, 10mmfags are retarded. They unironically believe that 10mm is stronger than .223 thus they cheese at the thought of owning a pointless gun like a 10mm mp5 or ar.

What makes it worse is that they unironically suggest a Glock 29 for conceal carry or even fucking worse, a 20 for bear defense. Just ignore 10mmfags. They're those people that crunch numbers and stare at ballistic charts instead of actually shooting to proficiency with 9mm. 10mmfags hide behind 10mm and blind faith in hopes of it being able to supplement their poor shooting skills.

Take someone that thinks .40 can knock someone down in one shot, give them some insecurity and you'll have someone who pretends to like 10mm because he thinks he's a man because he can somehow "handle" 10mm because he isn't a bitch.

The only reason why the MP5/10 and MP5/40 failed was because if you wanted to shoot high pressure ammo out of the guns then you needed a 'high impulse' locking piece to safely use the ammo without damaging the gun.
