There isn't a "hardest bastard", because every group is different and has its own pros and cons. Asking if the "the SAS the hardest bastards in the world" is 12 yo/CoD tier idiocy. Sure, they might be the best in [insert highly specific and specialized field they explicitly prepare for], but there's a million other things that you need to account for. Even if you ignore that, you can't say X group is the "hardest bastard", because they're constantly changing and evolving, just like everyone else.
