best revolver
prove me wrong fags.
Looks nice but I'm not a fan of colt's cylinder release.
What were other detriments of this design?
>>32143459
You sure about that, punk?
>>32143725
both Rick Grimes and Gordon Freeman use one sooooo yeaaahhh.
>>32143459
Bitch please.
Hands down Smith and Wesson 686
Its like you guys aren't even trying
>>32143459
>best revolver
>shoots itself out of time if you regularly fire the cartridge it is primarily designed to fire
>similar S&W revolvers made around the same time can regularly fire .357 Magnum, are nearly as nice, and cost about half as much as a Python
>>32143459
>meming this hard
>>32143459
That doesn't look like a Manurhin
Can I play too?
Hi guys. what´s going on in this thread?
>>32146267
C'est vrai
>>32143707
Not durable compared to other modern designs.
Timing much more likely to fuck up over time.
Not as strong as other designs.
Firing pin can break if dry fired.
Rarity drives the python market, and good looks. Quality of the actual design is not on par with more modern designs- or even some of its contemporaries, for a handgun for actual use.

This is the only correct answer.
>>32146267
MR73s are nice, but Korth revolvers shits all over them.
And that says a lot since Manurhins shit all over pretty much all other revolvers.
>>32147150
But at least the python barrels are nice.
I've actually seen some competition guns built on Ruger or S&W frames with Python barrels.
>>32147208
Pic related.
>>32146056
Damn. I was really hoping the first MR73 post would be one of the beat to shit imports pretending they're the same thing.
>>32143459
I recently got to fire a few boxes of .38 through a Diamondback. By far my favorite pistol I've fired so far.
>>32147195
Well yeah but korths are significantly more expensive than manurhins
>>32143459
Python? Always reminds me of a white guy with an afro-perm, rose-colored glasses, and bell-bottomed slacks. The Jeff Lynne of revolvers.
Now this, I say this, is a revolver. Pay attention, son. (That boy's about as sharp as a bowling ball...)

They're the best for a reason.
They spend like 50-200 hours handfitting each gun before it leaves the factory, depending on the trim level.
