They're some of the worst mags ever made. Worse than Stoner, worse than C-Products, worse even than TripleK or Promag because those companies actually have functional customer service. I hope you have time to cancel your order.

Seriously, they're quite terrible. They just use normal gloss paint on them so there is no lubricity; rounds get bound up, followers get stuck. They're steel so they're extremely heavy for no benefit. They cost more. They're glossy and ugly. There was a scandal a few years ago where the mag catch cutouts were cut too low on ALL MAGAZINES PRODUCED FOR TWO YEARS. The only solution was to widen the catch cutouts. E-Lander's representatives in the US, Mako Group, managed to alienate 100% of customers, promising returns and exchanges for 3-4 years and never delivering a single one. The backlash got so bad that Mako contracted their customer service out to three separate outside companies one after another. The CS companies kept quitting because of the vitriol they had to deal with from customers on one end while being told "we aren't doing anything" by Mako/E-Lander at the other. Caught between a rock and a hard place.

But they do come with nice Magpul-knockoff anti-tilt followers, so if you can't cancel your order at least you can keep the followers and throw every other component directly into the garbage.
