You want a 5.56 lower, and any one will fit (barring something truly strange). I don't know much about this stuff, but I think the general consensus is that you want an inexpensive lower. Remember that a lower is considered a firearm, so you'll need to get PSA to orchestrate with a local FFL dealer if you buy a lower from them. It may be easier to just go to a local fun store.
