Movie is called "Gentleman Broncos"

In my opinion it is a great movie, however, it isn't an action movie, it's more of a Nepoleon Dynamite-esque absurdist comedy set in the 90's. The movie is split into two universes: the book universe where deer ass cannon takes place and the real world where the story takes place.

It is a REALLY good movie though, you should absolutely watch it. Personally I'm excited that someone posted something about it, it's a pretty niche/cult movie.

Humans are a species where we never could perfect genocide, thus our infantry will always be incredibly good at killing. While textbook aliens tend to always have one super advanced culture so they don't have that similar 'clan logic' humans never grow out of. So aliens use their technology to project ultimate force but lack of infighting causes them to have issues dealing with one supersoldier with a ton of armaments and human determination.

I remember how back in Fallout 1 they talked about the mutant army having vehicles they cobbled together to go around stomping settlements and stuff. At the time I was like yeah the technology isn't there yet to have stuff like that in game. Then Fallout Tactics rolled around and oh shit tanks and stuff even if poorly done.
