I appendix carry and I unbutton the fly to get the ol' trouser snake out. Makes it awkward when the pistol is unsupported. One of these days its gonna end up in the urinal.

Not at all. I hardly shit in public unless it's an emergency, and I put my gun on the tp dispenser. If I am pissing I hold my peepee w/ my left hand so I could still draw from holster at 4oclock

If what I'm wearing allows me to use my hand to keep my holster secure against my knee/thigh with my pants down, then I keep it on. If not, I take the extra weight off my belt by placing my CCW on top of the tampon bin.
