Chloroform does not work like in movies, you need to inhale for like 30 seconds until you are knocked out.
It basicly is completly useless as a weapon and only good for medical use

It can take up to 5 minutes of vapor inhalation, but that really depends on the density. Problem with squirt gun is that your not spraying vapor your spraying liquid that has to evaporate before being effective.
