I think it's that time of the day we need ourselves a spooky/innawoods thread. I'll be starting off by telling the story of my dream last night. Feel free to post your own.
>>32070954
This might be the souls taken by the guns I just bought haunting me, but all I dreamt about last night was hunting skinwalkers and running through wal-Mart trying to escape my friends whom I ended up shooting at the time in my dream.
>be me
>get 2 mosins in the mail yesterday
>one for myself, one for my brother
>get told my '44 model has a 90% chance it killed a nazi or two
>go to sleep all giddy and full of joy to go shoot it next weekend
>Dream time
>I'm suddenly sitting in my family room cleaning my gun, and there's live ammunition sitting there
>I hear a noise outside, something like heavy clomps of footsteps
>I look around, realize I'm home alone, and I proceed to load my mosin
>peak out the back window
>dark, shadowy figure looking much like the OP image
>I take a shot, it goes over it's shoulder
>I hear it swear, and then it takes a shot back
>thefuck.jpg
>turns out it was my dad, coming back home at 3 AM from hunting
Part 1/(i'm guessing) 3
My mosin for anyone interested
>>32070988
Part 2/??
>I go back to cleaning/fingerfucking the gun after I somehow talk my dad out of not confiscating it from me
>I hear another creak in the house
>turn around, and see this giant 6'6" shadowy figure just out of the light source, about 8 feet away
>fug
>I'm frozen with fear, mosin in hand
>I slowly load up one bullet
>the creature is standing around, it looks like it's sniffing
>I slowly close the bolt, and when it heard the click of the bolt going closed, looked directly at me
>it starts to move towards me
>I quickly turn and hip fire the mosin at it
>it's not as loud as I thought
>the creature shrieks and lurches back
>I'm pretty sure I killed it
>nope.jpg
>it walks back into the light
>the shadowy demon I've been seeing is revealed to be my friend, who apparently came over also at 3 AM
>fug
>he proceeds to yell about how I just shot him, and I take him upstairs to clean up his wound (got grazed in the shoulder)
>pic related is what the shadow outline looked like
>>32071024
fuck you I said this was a dream.
>>32071029
part 3/??
>take my friend up to my room
>clean up his shoulder
>blood's looking a little blacker and thicker, but that's probably gunpowder residue on the wound, since it was so close range
>once he's all cleaned I tell him to either sleep in the spare bed or go home
>we both go to sleep
>I wake up to another fucking sound
>luckily mosin is right beside me in bed, like always
>look at my friend
>he's not there
>what the fuck
>again, I hear a noise, it's coming out of my closet
>I slowly ready my nugget as I see this figure rise out of it
>looks like a mix of OP's image and part 2's image
>I fucking finally aim for center mass and put glorious soviet boolit downrange
>it connects and the creature doubles over in pain and screams
>I affix my bayonet and pin him to the wall
>black tar-like blood oozing out of it's stomach
>I finally fucking killed it
There was more, but okay, fuck you guys too.
Why everyday, this board is filled with this shit?
Has anyone here actually killed someone in conflict and not just fantasizing about shooting monsters and ghosts?
Glorious rifle of Mosin design shall keep the spoopys at bau while you slumber, comrade.

Nobody cares who you are, you hold no authority.

Fuck you.
<Implying /K/ dreams aren't a valid subject

>Has anyone here actually killed someone in conflict and not just fantasizing about shooting monsters and ghosts?
The scariest hybrid of this is the 20-somethig-year-old who goes "inna woods" and fires weapons at sounds without identifying the target.
YES, it does happen.
YES, they still have their guns and habits (= no sense of sickness) until the first victim.
>>32071127
Of course they aren't. Stop pretending you shoot supernatural monsters when you could be fighting real life monsters outside your room.
>>32071150
>Implying every minute of the day is spent fighting
look at this fucking no-fun janitor
>>32071140
That's the stereotype of someone who's going to get flanked, killed and have his weapon stolen by a gangbanger or actual murderer.
>>32071150
>nice b8 m8 would r8 8/8
>>32071163
If you're serving or LEO in an actual dangerous place (let's say, Brazil), every moment of your life can turn into a life-or-death firefight.
So you slack on your enviromental awareness, you get killed. Every moment of your day is spent, or at least ready to fight.

>implying spooks aren't one of the essential parts of /k/ board culture
>>32071185
Youre right. Let's start a new over the newest Magpul AR accessory so we can fap to that.
Fuck off and troll somewhere else.

I once watched Hillary Clinton give a speech.
Quite the ghoulish experience.

>buying a Mosin in 2016
The Savage Axis and Ruger 'Murican are infinitely better for $50 extra.
FFS, this was my Mossy Patriot. It was by far the worst modern production bolt action I've ever encountered. It still ran circles around the three moist nuggets I've handled.
>>32071240
Thanks m80. It's a super nice mosin too.

Australians are the only ones who might encounter real monsters with no guns.
Continent made of pure evil.
