It won't react negatively with powder beyond getting it wet if the tumbling medium doesn't dry the cases off fully.

It's just mineral oil with a few additives. Nothing complex.

Who knows, you may end up liking the wax stuff more.

How do you clean the cases after resizing? Will the lube wipe off easily or evaporate? Will it clump in the tumbler?

the spray evaporates and leaves behind a very thin dry lube film. I tumble before sizing, but I can't imagine it causing any issues. If you really go overboard with applying it, the worst you'll get is a bit of a waxy residue.

Hornady also makes a One Shot CLP that I think very highly of.
