I have an m60 backpack. Surplus from 1952, bought one for myself for my field recordings and one for my sister (with leather straps) for her photography.

Brilliant fucking backpack. Looks good too.

Was considering a wehrmacht field jacket without insignia. My mother said her brothers used to wear them back in the 60s and it looked decent. I might give it a go.
