I don't know about an legislative changes going through but at least right now the market correction is going to kill off a LOT of Mom and Pop shops. Hell, there are literal pallets of PMAGs at one store near me for $12 a pop and nobody buying.

I agree. There were only a few places left near me that didn't try and rape you on price and FFL fees. The good ones I hope persevere but the ones charging $40 transfers and MSRP or above need to die.
