How do we improve it?
>>32018544
Change laws so it's easier to get the normal short barrel instead of the huge piece of shit PS90.
Stop using proprietary ammo. Figure out a way to run standard straight wall ammo.
Then give me one.
New proprietary trigger system.
>>32018544
Replace the entire frame with an AR
>>32018544
Make the AP rounds legal
>>32018587
Why not make that into a G36
>>32018608
They're already legal.
Replace all the retarded cast metal parts with polymer and aluminum so it doesn't weight as much as an M4.
>>32018655
Show me where I can buy steel core 5.7 that's not $20/round
>>32018678
Settle your goalposts, son.
>>32018544
Turn it into a glove
>>32018544
Is that a FAMAS?
Id offer this to cater to the "lego gun" crowd.
>>32018544
>remove SBR from NFA
>reopen MG registry
>legalize AP pistol rounds
That's how you fix the PS90 in america.
>>32018568
>Change laws so it's easier to get the normal short barrel instead of the huge piece of shit PS90.
Pretty much this. If you could just buy short barreled PS90s over the counter or buy real P90s as transferable MGs, they'd sell pretty damn well. The 16" PS90 looks like a robot mosquito.
>>32018676
You are aware that the thing is recoil operated, yes?
It literally needs that mass in order to function.
>>32018779
Not the bolt, you dumb fuck.
>>32018795
What other parts of the gun are "cast metal"?
More ergonomic, make the rear of the gun a giant face mold
You dont
>>32018609
>thow on a g36 carry handle
>>32018544
giggle switch and a suppressor, pretty much done. the p90 was designed as a compact, controllable bullet hose, that could defeat body armor. It fulfills it's very specific niche almost perfectly.
>>32018975
That a new hera arms fixed stock and you have a non shit SL8
Quad stacked mag in the same size with an optimized sight mount, longer magazine and barrel with the same overall length.
>>32018655
wait why is ap 5.7 legal but regular 7N6 isn't
>>32018544
make that boxy stock into a real stock, like a normal gun looks like. like a triangular trilelogram
>>32018571
Whats the point of a low power ACOG?
>>32019460
No batteries.
It pretty much is the way it is. The packaging is the whole selling point.
>>32018587
That looks heavy as fuck
>>32019576
It's all lightweight polymer shit in the stock and foregrip.
>>32018544
By starting over entirely.
>>32018544
Make it in 300 BLK
>>32019121
It's about steel core, not the actual ability to pierce armor. Steel core 5.7 is b& but other types of AP 5.7 are not. 7n6 is steel core.
>>32018587
What is this, I want it
>>32019707
Hera Arms CQR stock and foregrip on a short AR.
>>32018587
Technically if you removed the front grip, libtards can't call it an assault weapon.
>>32018544
Making it 10mm
>>32019715
Omg, why haven't I seen this everywhere yet. We need more of this.
>>32018544
Why FN hasn't made 9mm/.45 converion kits for this? I'm sure they would be sold like hotcakes
>>32019759
Here's the Cali compliant version
50 just is not enough
>>32020760
>>32018831
He means the huge cast receiver. I still think it is needed on the FA version as a heatsink so it doesn't melt.
>>32020892
Part number 2 is entirely cast metal except the barrel.
Pretty hard to improve without radical design changes.
Ideally the cast parts would be replaced by forged aluminum or steel and milled. And the poly moving parts replaced by aluminum (hammer and seers). This would only add long term durability though.
Trigger could be easier to adjust, but that's a problem with the transfer bar. I would prefer a metal serrated trigger myself
The stock could use a redesign to allow for extendable lop adjustment and cheek height, both front grips are empty space with the internal laser module not being popular and internal cleaning kit no longer in production rhey could shave an inch below the hammer group. Ideally the grips would come in panels to allow fitment to hands or grip texture.
Also a bayonet lug where the internal lazer used to be would be killer
make it in 45-70
