I haven't found any issues with mine but some people notice failure to feed with theirs.
My guess is either their followers needed work or quality control needed work.

They just released a "Series 2" so I might pick up a handful and try to figure out what the differences are (I know the series 2 have a stripper clip guide on them).

I got my hands on some series 2 hexmags before they were released. Big improvement over the series 1. I was having problems with the series 1 not holding the Bolt back and not dropping free, but the series 2 have not failed me yet. Also it seems the tolerances are a lot tighter on the series 2 than the 1's. The batch of 1's I had just felt sloppy.

Using a ruler to measure the magazine, I created a hexagon pattern overlay in Photoshop with the right dimensions. I resized the images to get everything to line up. Laser printed the combined overlay/image onto adhesive vinyl label paper. Then cut, peel, stick.

im at work now. I have 30 hexmags, mixed series 1 pat. pend., series 1 pat., and series 2, full 30 and 15/30->30 converts. I have NEVER had a problem with any of them shooting 5.56 and 300 BLK. The price is comparable to magpul gen2 pmags. I only buy magpul because window.
