A secure mount is one of the most important things for an optic. It doesn't matter how expensive an optic is. If your mount is shit, you won't get good results/re-zeroing when detaching.
Not to mention, again, that if you upgrade optics you still have a fantastic mount to use instead of buying a new mount and having a shit one (like yours) left over.

That's a pretty old setup, and the biggest problem there was that shit light which I eventually fixed but never on that specific build. SPARC II was meh. Decent for the money but MD-ADS is better (but uglier).

Pretty balanced overall (current build is front heavy) and I probably liked shooting that one more than my current build. Skinny handguard got hot as tits compared to this, though.
