Also certain helmets will have NVGs and thermals, along with allowing you to set damage parameters for everything. So say you want your limbs to cripple easily cuz Muh realism, you can do that. Or make a crippled leg make you 10 times slower, you can do that. (Also IIRC a fuckton of weapons including an SVD, Chinese assault rifle/pistol, FAL, the assault rifle from Fallout 3, and more)

For anyone who's been out of the Stalker mod scene, Call of Chernobyl has been out for a while and there's a merge available for Arsenal Overhaul for that extra weapon variety. There's also another add-on that adds questlines for the different factions. I just discovered this recently and I've been enjoying it so I thought I'd share.

its a tactic game you give your soldiers orders and every order depending on alot things takes X,XX seconds to complete so you can play it more or less turn based or you can let it run like a real time tactic game (or a mix of both) its really cool gunporn but sadly the dev is a drunken slav and 99,999% of work was made by modders
its pretty open you can follow the quests or you can just dick around and make a militia and capture citys and stuff
overall very nice game to kill time with

You can assign hotkeys in the vanilla. You can't throw grenades while holding another weapon but you can assign numbers 1 and 3-8 to be hotkeys for items, including aid items.

It's way more than that: it's outright insane. An absolute nightmare of repeating tanks that give the impression of not going anywhere in the research regardless the thousands of hours spent. Balance is all over the place, and there are too many p2w vehicles in War Thunder. The damage model, although interesting, is very biased if not fucked up. In RB you can exploit the graphics settings to have an unfair advantage over those that want a more immersive experience.

WoT is another kind of beast: it has a better and more enjoyable gameplay, and way less frustrating grind, but it has been filled to the brim with bullshit made up tanks that powercreep everything else, and lacks the "tank feel" that War Thunder gives you because everything feels like a plastic toy inside a diorama.

New Trump-era Wargame when? I want muh US/Russia combo deck.

Fallout 4 is fun on Survival with the Modern Firearms and Modern Sidearms mods.
The modern weapons have plenty of real world customizations like aimpoint red dots and magpul furniture, and they don't get better as you level. The guns are 1-2 hit kill on just about evrything, but enemies have the guns too so you can die just as easy.
