They wouldn't. That's what I'm trying to purvey here. Slav guns aren't going to become magically cheap. They'll just be available. That post was mainly directed to the Trump fans that think Nagants and SKS's will suddenly be cheap. Best case scenario we get Izhmash AK's for around a grand.
