Not sure if it counts, but I eat my food fast as fuck. Something that I never stopped doing from BMQ.

I do this now and I think it's a good habit if a bit neurotic.

I do this as well, It's fine. staying in condition yellow when out and about is probly a good habit to get into. it's not like you have and fear or urgency in doing it, it's kind of a game at this point.

I don't do any /k/ things on a daily basis but when I travel more than 50 miles away I generally tend to take an MRE spoon with me, can't explain why I just have to, they come in handy.
