Don't move him if possible, try to stop any bleeding, and administer painkillers if they're still conscious. Don't try to take the bullet out. This is a bad idea.
Then find an actual medic, or send a friend to do so.

I actually liked it. The left-handed guns and Glocknading after a few mags triggered me pretty hard. The infinitely respawning checkpoint guards were a drag. Sticking to the edge of the map, whoring out the bus stations, and speeding through posts at night made that part slightly less tedious.
