Hola gentlemen. I run an Etsy shop making weapons, armor, and random clay shit. I want to show a few of my creations off and get some feedback on them, and input on future ideas.

I only have one knife listed ATM. In the process of putting all the new ones up.

They all look great except for this >>31970642

Unless the tool was broken why re-purpose it? Seems like you could use 1080 barstock and keep the wrench. Plus working on steel that is already heat treated is a pain in the ass.
>>
>>31970859
Thanks man.
>>
>>31970907
The wrench head was all busted up and stripped.
>>
Can we see some armor?

Also is the armor all historical inspired/replicas or is it self designed?

Looks good I like the railroad spike knife! You should make one with a chain saw blade or other things like that

Any tips on damascus? We're having a hell of a time with forge welding. 1 success so far, but it was fucking paper thin by the time it was together.

Hacky propane forge + borax and will.

>>31971534
Try cutting the billet and restacking manually to conserve effort, instead of folding.

These proportions look terrible to me.

>arming sword blade length, long sword grip
>retarded thick grip or retarded thin blade

Why is the fuller so dark? Why is the fuller so wide? Why does the blade taper so much? Why is the grip blue? Why did you chose such terrible material for the grip?
>not wrapped in leather

Put that thing on a table or something. Maybe it wont look quite as autistic.

Additionally, tell us the weight of your blades and the materials used, the hardness and so on. Any meme knife maker can make a shitty blade look pretty.

I'm inclined to agree with this guy, OP.

the sword here >>31970631
has absolutely none of the subtlety of real weapons. the hilt is disproportionate, and extremely bulbous looking. risers should be slim and the whole ting should have purpose of line.
a fullered sword for that length of hilt is entirely atypical, too.

you really need to do better research on originals, and study them in detail.
>>
>>31972145
also if you're selling, you should be stating the primary details for each item like that.

ie:
>13th century arming sword.
>Based on surviving example in the church of St Mary's, Little Fucking, Kent.
>Blade of Oakeshott type XIIIc, forged from 1060 spec carbon steel, heat-treated to 52HrC, Fuller left forge-blackened.
>Cross and pommel of Oakeshott Style 2 & Form H respectively.
>Weight, 1,057g, 2.33Lbs. Length of blade 72cm/ 28.3465inches, Hilt length 8.5cm/3.5inches
>Point of balance 10cm/4inches from cross.

or whatever.
Also, FFS, 296x394px limages? What are they, weapons for ants? Always use at least 1600x1200, or 1920x1080.
